Had scheduled service for July 2 expecting early afternoon. At around 2:00 I called technician and she said she was held up on a job that was larger than expected. Didn't know how long but would call when on the way. No call so this morning, the 3rd, I called asking for a schedule and left a message. No communication from them. It is now 3:00 PM.
