I had a problem with my bathtub when the overflow screws rusted out and broke, which caused a big water mess. Chris came over and took care of everything quickly. I really liked that he showed me a video of the repair and let me know there was no mold from the leak, which was a relief. I set up an appointment and the plumbing company was really flexible with my schedule. Chris came out to my place in Austin and took the time to look into my concerns about a possible plumbing leak. He also gave me estimates for a few other plumbing jobs I was considering.
