I just have contacted to book an appointment in this clinic and the customer service staff was so rude and attitute to me. He is speaking in his thick northern vietnamese accent to me so I tried to speak Vietnamese with him. Then he confirmed that he couldnt speak Vietnamese while this clinic is in Braybrook and nearly many clients are Vietnamese background so I assume that to work there you should be bilingual. The dentist is at least an hour late to every appointment and always ask you to come back more than once just to get a filling done so they can rape your health fund benefits. Terrible ethics and service. The dentist loves to have chats to the dental nurse about everything, except to you about your teeth. Never coming back.
Nice n caring staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been seeing Dr. Tammy for years now, she is always great with taking care of my teeth.
