They have a good selection of appliances with well know brand names. That said DO NOT buy you appliances from them because there appliance repair service is ABSOLUTELY the WORST! They are not customer focused and they are extremely efficient. I called on December 11 to have my oven looked at. Repair man came on December 17th. Bray and Scarf call because they need to come back out for a second look on December 30th. This review is for Terry at the Bowie Town Center store. Terry was very helpful and professional. He showed me the type of stove I was seeking and I signed the contract for a stove and overhead microwave. I can't wait to have it delivered so that I can have a decent stove to use when I prepare for my annual after Christmas get together. Ruby Alexander

I placed a service call for my dishwasher 31 days ago and has not yet been fixed. They showed up 11 days after my initial call, but they do not carry any parts. It took them 2 more weeks to get the parts and an additional week to schedule me. In theory, they are supposed to fix the dishwasher next Monday. If this actually comes to pass, which I will believe when I see, it will have been 34 days without a dishwasher. The only reason I used Bray and Scarf is because they will provide service. My Bosch dishwasher broke down. When I called to have them repair it, they said the soonest available appointment was in 8 days. On the night of the 7th day, they called and said that they couldn't come because their technician was in training (why they didn't know this before the night before is a mystery), but they would send someone on the following day (day 9). Horrible service- I would equate it to Comcast on a bad day. I've scheduled appointments 3x's now. 2 out of the 3 times a not show. The one service call they fixed part of the problem and told me is was corrected. No sooner did they leave my ice maker started leaking again. Repeated calls go unreturned. I will not buy from them again.
