Months of non-repair In Dec 2006 we bought from Bray & Scarff a fridge with water & ice dispenser in the door. Putting aside other issues, in Aug 2007 the ice dispenser began to leak whenever used. The first service person ordered a new dispenser part. In Sept, they said they needed a new door. In Oct, they said they got the wrong door. In Dec 2007, with the warranty running out, I tried calling them again. Have not connected. Do a web search for Bray & Scarff--my story is typical.
