The apartments next door to me, @ 3101 33rd st, Lubbock Tx, 79410, is the dirtiest and nastiest place I’ve ever seen. They don’t have their own dumpsters, which “Evan” the property manager, was told to acquire by city of Lubbock. They use my dumpster, or any other dumpster that is not full. Once the at least 12 occupants fill my dumpster and start putting trash outside of it, they walk down the alley and fill everyone else’s.
