This place is downright Nasty, management especially the district manager named Matt has no clue the guy needs to get a life and listening to tenants more also the place the lights have been out since I moved in and still are not working it took me 3 months to get divorce on my closets it took me months to get my broken window fixed my car even got stolen and still these people think that it is ok , look elwhere , beware beware beware, never again will I ever say nice thing about this place , maintance sucks , garbage everyw... read more

UPDATE! I never want to leaveva negative review but my sanity and safety are at hand and CPS was a waste of time . I am an owner and im always looking to make the property BETTER PRETTIER SAFER , IVE BEEN THROUGH HELL, so praying and IM HOPING THIS DOES IT! Thank you for a quick response BrayCo.
