Do NOT rent from Bray & Co Their rental manager, Judy Arnold, is HORRIBLE. She was very nice when we were looking to rent a place, but nasty when our lease with them was over. We had been exceptional tenants, but as soon as we notified her that we were not re-signing for another year, she treated us like scum. Every step of our move-out process was so stressful and difficult because of her. Unprofessional Broker As a former tenant of a property managed by Bray, I had the misfortune of dealing with Judy Arnold. Judy was always discourteous, abrasive and unprofessional. I hope that she is not a representation of all brokers at Bray; however, it was all that I saw and as such I would never rent/buy from Bray based on this experience.
