I felt he got straight to the point and explained what was happening and came up with a plan as to how we’re going to work on my heal spur.
He is a good doctor and I like it
He’s always very pleasant and does a good job.
Office staff was nice. But I spent all of 5 mins with Dr. Facer - I know because of his timer on the recording software he was using during the appointment. He was cordial but seemed in a hurry to get out of the room and was dismissive about me asking about orthotics saying they were expensive and don’t fix the problem; which I know, but they help with pain and I have used them for many years from other podiatrists.
