A Beautiful person owns this place. Two of my friends with special needs were traveling alone from North Carolina and end up in (west Virginia) even though they were advised not to travel out of state alone they chooseto do so any way. Sadly they broke down. They did however end up with a blessing and broke down neqr Amy's shop! Called no answer why post 24 hr service when u dont answer
Had a issue with my motorhome and they came out to check it out and I ended up bringing it to their shop for over a week. And still not fixed . Now going to be towed to a real diesel shop . They are not equipped to work on anything of size or complicated issues. If you need brakes or an oil change and can’t do it yourself then maybe go there. They always do have all parts for Semi Trucks in stock! They saved my driver when he got truck broke down in WV. The Mechanics came very fast, and fixed the issue right away. The owner of the company Amber- the kindest and the most responsible person I've ever met! Thank you very much Amber you are the best!
Such a horrible experience!!! Horrible service. Horrible communication. Completely incompetent mechanics. My friends car broke down on his way through the area and he had it towed to Braxton Auto & Diesel Repair - HUGE MISTAKE! He was stranded in Sutton for a week with zero response about what was wrong with his car. He eventually had to call the tow company that towed his car to Braxton Auto Repair to get ahold of anyone.
