Lived at Braxton for 2.5 years. Location is definitely fantastic having ease of access to DT but without the hassle of parking. Neighborhood is safe - never had any issues. As far as the facility, it is very well maintained and the local staff is friendly and responsive. Garage parking is a nice option as well. Amenities - the gym and Amazon box was super convenient.
