I went into this business for a brake fluid exchange for my BMW. I had a service maintenance reminder on my car for it. I was referred to this shop by another mechanic who owns a BMW. I was also impressed by all the great reviews. I called ahead of time and spoke with someone on the phone regarding the exchange. They were very nice and even said that I probably didn't even need to have it done based on my miles. brought our BMW over to have it serviced. Had never been here before.....James greeted us as we came in and made us feel very comfortable. They took care of my care and explained everything to me on what was done and why. very impressed with the service and the people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! we will definitely be using them again....and again....and again.
Had brakes and new rotors put on . $200 in parts . But put $617 on there for labor. Absolutely ridiculous.
It’s hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and give you an honest quote. Pete and his crew have never steered me wrong on any of my vehicles, new or old.
Great, honest and affordable service! Brought my Jeep in for a very expensive repair. Get a call back saying it didn't need that repair, saving me quite a bit of money - which I was happy to spend fixing the rest of the problems that come along with a Jeep :).

I have been a customer of Brawley Tire and Automotive for almost 5 years and I have never been disappointed with their customer service and quality of repair. I always leave feeling satisfied - they really make you feel welcomed! This past week I had to have the car towed there unexpectedly due to a water pump issue and again was very pleased with the service and attention to detail I received!! Thank You, Pete, James, David & the Whole Team - I am SO very appreciative!!!
