**** and *** were great help and helped a lot during any emergency they were very pa and quick to help with a power problem I was having. **** was a life saver!

Based on experience, we recommend that renters stay away from Brawley Property Management. If you are weighing your options, pass on any property managed by Brawley. Our son and his friends leased a house in Bloomington 2020-21 through Brawley and its Manager ***************************. Brawley manages an apartment building in *************** that is rented by students and based on our experience for the 2020-2021 school year it appears that either Brawley is oblivious or in "cahoots" w/ the building's owner / landlord (they are 1 in the same) as this individual illegally charges for repairs, "cleanups", etc., but more concerning enters the building w/ out any notice even thought the lease specifically states he must provide 24 hours notice. There appears to be a gross exaggeration regarding the context of this comment. 1. Brawley Property Management: Manges a 8 unit apartment complex your son lives. 2. Property owner had workers in a separate unit - notice given to those occupants. 3. Workers on their own doing, entered other units in the building. Items removed by those workers unknowing to the property owner or Brawley Property Management. 4. Police contacted, items returned, workers terminated. 5.
