Very disappointed; had an appt scheduled... no showed for appt and no phone call to inform us he wouldn't be there.
We began working with Brian about three years ago on my sister-in-laws estate. Almost never could get him on the phone, generally missed phone appointments and took $5,000 off of us for services that were never rendered. Very disappointing.
Brian was very helpful & a great guy!!
