The Wasp nest was located on the foundation behind a cavity near the water tap. I requested service thru Bark. This firm based in Ottawa responded within an hour. Promised same day service & kept me updated as to arrival time. Kalifan inspected the area of concern, plus inside & outside home. He explained the entire procedure, the spray he had to use, why & where he sprayed. He did another inspection after he sprayed.He is a knowledgeable, personal & professional. I would highly recommend his services.

Excellent Service I had a large wasp nest that needed to be removed, and I was impressed by how quickly and professionally this company responded. They arrived within one hour, removed the nest quickly, and, most importantly, took the time to make sure nothing was left behind. Fast response, professional service, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Great service and excellent customer service by the owner. The complex had a mixture of bugs and spiders. They completed interior and exterior treatment for the whole property. Not only that, but their prices are very friendly as well. Very satisfied with the service and the work.

I had this company help with emptying an apartment of someone who moved out and they did a fantastic, thorough job! They were not there for pest-control purposes but they were very friendly and went beyond their duties, performing extra cleaning tasks out of kindness. If you want a company that cares and understands your situation, these guys are highly recommended.
