i am extremely disappointed with the experience i have received from bravo auto. i had bought my car from here last august, with the car came with roof racks and a dash cam inside. when i had went to pick the car up i had asked for the key to take the racks off, i am told "hyundai has the master key". i go to my local hyundai and they tell me that there is no such thing as a masterkey to take the roof racks off and redirected me to a roof rack business which had taken it off for me. that process alone took me over 2 weeks. n... read more
