I bought some groseries yesterday and when I got home I realized that the milk bottle was damaged and spilling milk. I returned to the store and do the claim but the administrator told me that this was my responsability and I was not honest with my claim. She treated like a shoplifter and hardly I got a new gallon of milk. When I went to the aisle there were some gallons in same condition but she did not want know about this. I have visited Bravo several times this year and would not hesitate to return. Prices are reasonable.
This location is dirty, unprofessional and unorganized. Some workers are nice but 95% are rude and don't even say hi or have a nice day at check out. I'll stick with shopping at Publix. Such a shame, where is the great customer service, not here.
This is a really easy and fast app!! So far I'm loving it... It takes me right to where and what I need to go.
Specials on meat are worth the trip, in spite of terrible service, management and strange coupon policy.(no coupons taken on sale items...duh!). Most non-sale items are the most outrageously over-priced you'll EVER find! I'll save more and be glad I'm mostly a Publix shopper. Friendly employees cost nobody nothing!
I went into this store and purchased $150.00 in groceries. My meat purchases were 5 or 6 different meats. I put everything in the freezer. The 7 th day after I had put these items in the freezer a piece of meat was bad. So I called the store and he said I couldn't return it. Now I live 40 miles away . He told me I only have 24 hours to return anything I purchased. This is totally insane!!! So I have lost the $11.00 roast. That's ok I will spend my $150.00 and more at another store that cares!!!
The workers will stare at your chest and check you out without caring. The place is cramped. The cash registers are slow. The people sometimes speak profanities like animals. This place is a dumpster.
ITS A VERY NICE STORE BUT DONT KNOW WHY THEY HAVE NO WEB STE WITH THE WEEKLY ITEMS ON SALE. ABOUT 7MONTHS AGO THEY HAD A WEN= B SITE AND I COULD CHECK OUT THE SALES AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WAS DOWN. I COMPLAINED OVER AND OVER BUT TO NO AVAIL. I NOW HAVE TO TRAVEL TO THE STORE EACH WEEK FROM BOYNTON JUST TO SEE IF I WANT ANYTHING THAT THEY HAVE ON SALE.. I THINK IT A SHAME AS A BUSINESS TO BE RAN LIKE THAT.. IT PAYS TO ADVERTISE !!!!!!!
