I called to request an estimate for refinishing my cabinets. When speaking with the representative he felt it necessary to explain the process only to gauge for himself weather or not it would be worth his time. I was repeatedly asked "What kind of customer are you?" Even though I repeatedly responded that his off-the-top of his head quote of $3,000 did not intimidate me, he would say that "he didn't want to waste my time."
