It took only about a month at Bravo Psychological Group for me to realize this practice lacks organization and good supervision, limiting their ability to uphold an ethical standard as a mental health provider. initially going to be a 3 star that praised my therapists up and down, expressed a great deal of frustration with the admin process. Then got a text removing me from sessions with a therapist who was one of my only lifelines during a sustained episode, reason given was "multiple staff interactions" with no prior warning (spoke to 3 people, two therapists who neither expressed discomfort, both expressed plans to keep seeing me; and the admin/intake), after being firm about customer dissatisfaction with the admin setup, no fee... read more
Had some rough personal situations and I needed to talk to someone. Thomas Snyder was able to help me work through all my trauma very efficiently within 2 and a half months. I really appreciate his expertise and professional. If you need a great therapist, talk to him. He’s the best.
Bravo Psychology Group is a complete disappointment. The practice is poorly managed, with therapists working as independent contractors and owners Eric and Joe Bravo failing to communicate properly with their own staff. Patients are left stuck in the middle. The most disturbing moment was Joey Bravo calling me to ask for a positive review, instead of fixing the actual problems.
