Ms. Bravo is a competent advanced practice provider and did a wonderful job with my diagnoses. During medication shortages I was having a hard time figuring out where to have my medicine sent and was looking toward Ms. Bravo to help me coordinate, when I suppose it was supposed to be her assistant's job to coordinate this. There was a lot of back and forth regarding my medication until there was a point they were refusing to fill it due to me having to try different pharmacies.

I consult with Sasha as my go-to for complex patient cases where I need a second opinion. She is very, very good at what she does, and she stays on top of current research. I fully trust her when it comes to patient care.

I had a new client appointment scheduled with Sasha Bravo and due to circumstances beyond my control, was unable to make the appointment. I was told via a text message link that I could reschedule but when I tried to do so, they flat-out refused my request, saying "we are not able to reschedule patients that no show or late cancel an initial appointment". So, I am being denied critical healthcare. They should be ashamed of themselves.
