I'm very happy with Bravos services. The staff is very , knowledgeable professional, courteous, shows empathy.lots of patience when caring for all their patients under their care. A warm family atmosphere I never felt alone. Their team, from the first time I spoke with them, came in like superheroes: professional, caring, compassionate, communicative, respectful, supportive, and overall wonderful. Our team from Bravo Hospice was so kind and thoughtful. I particularly want to thank Rafi and James. They supported my mom thru her last days and James was with her when she passed. Rafi was amazing in person, on the phone, or texting answers to any question. She told me I was not alone often enough that I believed it. Mom passed three days ago and support is there. Thank you Bravo!
Our family has had the privilege of working with Bravo Hospice twice in the last 7 months. Although the circumstances are heartbreaking, Rafie and Yani and their team came alongside our family in such a caring way. We literally could not have walked through these losses without them. They took care of each and every detail and were with us when our loved ones took their final breath. They are like family now. I highly recommend them.
