This is long over due….With my hand over my heart, thank you Bravo. Bravo Hospice and Palliative care is what hospice/Palliative Care should be for every patient and family. Yani and Rafie of Bravo are truly the diamonds in the rough in a “industry” plagued by cutting corners and not putting patients and family’s needs first. Yani and Rafie are exceptional nurses/healthcare professionals not bean counters. My beloved mother was in their care as she aged and declined due to dementia. Bravo Hospice is everything you want when a loved one needs hospice care. Rafie, Yani, and the entire team are thorough, compassionate, and consistently deliver exceptional care. We are so very grateful for Bravo hospice in palliative care. I don’t know what we would’ve done without their amazing staff. Especially, Yani and Rafie. Having had a horrible experience before with hospice. We were hesitate to pick Bravo. Thank goodness, we did. They held our hands through out my father’s care. They never left us alone. They were extremely caring and generous with their time. Answering our many calls at night. They are Angels on this earth. They even bought us dinner, so we wouldn’t miss out father’s death.... read more

I am truly impressed with Bravo Hospice and Palliative Care. Rafaela (Rafi) and her team provided our mother with tons of compassion, respect and attentive care during the time with them. The incredible support not only given to my mom but also our entire family through a very difficult time.
