Pros - They did come out quickly & didn't insist on me replacing the garage door opener. Cons - Communication wasn't good (kinda pushy), plus I paid more than expected as an additional "service charge" Initially, things went well, they came over quickly, and said the garage door could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. He quoted $2100 for the installed garage door (plain white metal, no glass, so their cheapest model) and I agreed. Bravo did a wonderful job with the repairs and would recommend giving them a call if you garage door is damaged. Their team came with a good recommendation and have a wonderful work ethic about them. Showed up on time and gave us a reasonable price.
I was closing my garage door and it would stop closing and then open back up. Then I notice that it slightly buckling in the mid-section of the garage door. I called Bravo Garage Repair for help. Smith came to my rescue. He put in a bar on one of the garage door panel and now my garage door is working fine. Smith was a great communicator, knowledgeable and does great work. The garage door was making awful grinding noises when opening. The technician realigned the tracks and replaced worn rollers. Now it operates as quietly as a brand new door.
The metal channel holding my bottom seal was rusted through. They installed a new aluminum one that won't corrode - tight seal and no more drafts!
