Since I had called Bravo three or four years ago I called and let Jason know that I was concerned about someone being able to access my home since the garage door would not close. You can stop the search, here you got the best. Since I moved to Yonkers I have never worked with such a good contractor. I had overhead door spring break on an old fashioned wood garage door. Pros - They did come out quickly & didn't insist on me replacing the garage door opener. Cons - Communication wasn't good (kinda pushy), plus I paid more than expected as an additional "service charge" Initially, things went well, they came over quickly, and said the garage door could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. He quoted $2100 for the installed garage door (plain white metal, no glass, so their cheapest model) and I agreed.
