Don’t move here if you have a car there’s no parking the condo company doesn’t care and the city will fine you parking anywhere near it.
Very poor management. Condos that they have handed over are far from ready. The fire system is a mess. No amenities are ready. Not worth at the moment. The main door system doesnt work fully either. Only 2 elevators functional for 65 floors.

This builder is a mess, stay away and protect your investment, especially the first time home buyers, do your due diligence, a project that’s being developed by Menkes is a red flag itself!!!
