Maybe a new property management company is the answer as everyone will tell you community asset never answers their phone or return calls . The parade of park managers have included drug users,a thief and alcoholics.The residents had more screening and interrogation than community asset gives the potential managers they put in charge of the park not to mention the space rent increase every year is far more than the cost of living increase so you risk losing your home. People need to follow the rules. There are people who have been letting the yards go. We have been through way to many managers. When Norma was here. We were written up for a few leafs after a wind storm. we moved here because of the rules.now there are none that people obey. Our house is now for sale because nobody cares.
How could they not tell all of us in this Park that there was a burn going to happen on that hill?
