Bravo refused to give me NPI or Tax ID so I could file a claim with my supplement insurance. I paid with cash and was told this information is not provided unless you let Bravo file a claim. I will not go back or recommend Bravo to anyone!
Bravo dental is my absolute favorite place to keep my smile on point. Dr Jung and his assistant Natalie was so professional from the time I walked in until the time I walked out.
The dental services that I have received has been great. I like the fact that the dentist does his own cleaning and explains everything to you. My problem is the staff. First they did not return my insurance card which they should after they make a photo copy. They had the card for 1 1/2 months before I realized I had left it there.
