I have not used their construction services but sharing a public safety announcement that one of their trucks ran a stop sign and nearly hit me and my family while driving. They showed no remorse and continued to make another illegal turn across double yellow lines. If that is how their employees drive I wouldn’t want them working on my house.
I have called Bravo multiple times after purchasing a house from them. The first week the dishwasher flooded the room. It has happened two more times. I have spent close to $25k in repairs from half done construction or errors installing things like plumbing, furnace issues, leaking faucets, electrical issues, $5k because they decided to paint the bricks all the way up the fireplace to hide how bad the bricks really are, crooked handles on doors, missing main water valves for the washer and dryer, leaking showers, toilet tha... read more
