After a brief misunderstanding,….the issue was promptly corrected……
The sales guys are pretty good. But apparently when you said it appointment for service it's just a setting an appointment to get in line. I called and said at 8:30 appointment and I have to sit and wait for an hour and a half just to fix a flat tire. The service guys talk to you like you're stupid.
A good friend is a salesman there. When it comes time to buy a new or used vehicle, we’ll buy there.
Very shady and disrespectful. The “best they could do” was 20k under KBB for a trade in. I ended up going to Car Max and had to buy my new Tahoe in El Paso.
