I had to pick up a new key and fob then have them programmed. I had an appointment in which they told me it would be a couple hours to get it done. Even though it was programming a key and a fob and I had an appointment.... Why make appointments then? It took just under two hours. Not bad from a couple hours quoted though. I under stand they are busy but still.
The whole team at Bravo was Amazing, Professional, Friendly and Knowledgeable. After very bad experiences at the Chevy dealerships in El Paso ,TX meeting everyone at Bravo was a Great Blessing! Jonathan was our salesperson and he was very helpful and professional. You can tell that he is there to actual help the customer and not be a pushy salesperson and just make a sale.
