Bravo was my preferred repair shop for my Cadillac not any more new owner new service mgr adds up to bad service. They don’t listen to their customers they don’t seem to want to do what the customer asks to be done to their car very sad this was a great place to take your Chevy or caddy. Also they have a customer Svc rep Tasha she will say she wants to contact you but she never does stay away from Bravo use local mom and pop service.
Good service
On 11/25/2025 we had the pleasure of meeting Jose "JD" Dominguez and let me tell you, he was beyond professional and respectful, he has so much patience to explain everything that need to be explained. He went above and beyond our expectations and made the process of getting a new vehicle so much easier. I highly recommend Jose to anyone. Thank you Jose for everything and I will be going back again to you for my next vehicle.
