Great salesmanship understanding and approachable
I scheduled an appointment for my Chevy Silverado due to a recall involving the side airbags. Since the truck was already going to be in the shop, I asked if I could have a routine service completed at the same time. Because I am from out of town, I specifically asked when scheduling the appointment if both the recall and the service could be completed in one day. My truck broke down near Las Cruces while towing my camping trailer and traveling across the country. I was towed to Bravo Chevy not knowing what it would take to get us back on the road. In just 24 hours they diagnosed the problem, obtained OEM parts and fixed the problems and returned my truck to me.
