My heat went out and they sent someone the same day. The $50 diagnostic fee went right toward the repair, and they had everything fixed within two days. Doug was super professional, helpful, and fast. I really appreciate the great service!"
Did several different jobs with Doug, everything started out great. However, each job we did communication seem to get worse and worse. With one of the jobs we had a couple different issues That he had to come back to repair. No worries with that it was a used unit so I wasn’t expecting perfection. The service was great and timely, and the responsiveness was impressive. However, I did request a receipt multiple times and never received one, which was a significant issue for me because I needed it for a home inspection. I believe it would be more professional to provide a receipt upon request; it shouldn’t be a difficult thing to do. Other than that, I would definitely recommend him—10 out of 10. My review is a year late, but my memory of how great & honest this company is still in tact. We sold our old home & purchase a new home. One of our central a/c units aren’t blowing any air, so i had to look back in my emails to remember which company I contacted about our issue at our old home. Braves Heating & Cooling it was & I’ll be reaching out later today. Hopefully I’ll get another good tech. If not, look out for the edit of this review
