The service was great and timely, and the responsiveness was impressive. However, I did request a receipt multiple times and never received one, which was a significant issue for me because I needed it for a home inspection. I believe it would be more professional to provide a receipt upon request; it shouldn’t be a difficult thing to do. Other than that, I would definitely recommend him—10 out of 10. My review is a year late, but my memory of how great & honest this company is still in tact. We sold our old home & purchase a new home. One of our central a/c units aren’t blowing any air, so i had to look back in my emails to remember which company I contacted about our issue at our old home. Braves Heating & Cooling it was & I’ll be reaching out later today. Hopefully I’ll get another good tech. If not, look out for the edit of this review
