I had a very disappointing experience with this Braves Heating and Cooling ,and/or Doug. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the issue I reported was never properly resolved. I was given multiple promises about follow-up that never happened, which wasted both my time and money. What frustrated me most was the lack of accountability and customer support after the sale. My heat went out and they sent someone the same day. The $50 diagnostic fee went right toward the repair, and they had everything fixed within two days. Doug was super professional, helpful, and fast. I really appreciate the great service!"
Did several different jobs with Doug, everything started out great. However, each job we did communication seem to get worse and worse. With one of the jobs we had a couple different issues That he had to come back to repair. No worries with that it was a used unit so I wasn’t expecting perfection.
