The staff is great. Dr. Friedman is my doctor, I travel 70 miles to see him. He is the best.
Great quality of care but very inefficient administrative process. Lack of respect of people's time or conditions.
Very thorough, took there time with me, explained everything they were doing and why. Answered all of my questions. I will be back every year
Love Dr Ku! I have severe eye allergies and after seeing my PCP, 2 allergist, and 2 ENT's, she has been the only one to give me relief.
Why set an appointment if you don't intend to keep it. My husband took off work early cause he had an appointment set for 2:00 pm, I had one set for 2:30 pm. They wanted him there 15 min. Early. He was not call back tell 3:15 and then was told they made a mistake and he needed to reschedule his apt. For contacts and not glasses. He came out and I was still waiting to be called back for my apt. We left and don't plan on going back. They over book and have no respect for their patients.
