This office staff is unprofessional and rude. They did not put my referal in on time for me to see the doctor. When I called to ask they would not give me an answer and disconnected the phone several times. Finally I spoke with someone who confirmed they didn't have referal due to their mistake of not putting in when appt was made. Unfortunately I never met the actual.doctor but I would never ever go back to this place and highly recommend you dont!!!
My latest experience with the Hollywood office is not good. There's one lady there at the front desk whom I will keep her description anonymous but if you've been there, you'll probably agree. Her attitude and arrogance is a bad look for the entire business. She definitely should not be the face of representation. However, I will 100% give high fives to Donna though for sure. She literally was the factor in a make or break situation for me.
I had some difficulty with the vision center. They could not get the prescription right after many tries and many trips.(7). Perhaps the labs they use are inferior, I don't know .I was not informed by phone, email or text when glasses arrived twice. For days no one answered the phone or returned calls.This was disturbing.
