Nice doctors. However, I find the waiting time excessive. I arrived 1/2 hour early for my 9:00 AM appointment and left at approximately 10:45 AM. This is most likely due to them scheduling too many patients in the same time slot.
Omg I had the most wonderful experience of my life , when I walked into the Braveman facility I waited only 5 min and I was introduced to a young technician his name was Thomas Carrie what an asset to this company , he was kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient , and thorough …. You closed your óptica department and wasn’t advise
An absolute waste of time. I'm pissed off I wasted my insurance on these people. Dr. Mccallum walked in after the initial, spent 10 seconds looking at both eyes, made a comment about not wanting to get dilated and walked out, ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Not a single comment about prescription, if pressure is in my eyes were high. Just a smart ass remark and walked out. I broke my glasses and was wearing a four year old pair as backup's. In those four years, my prescription changed twice, but somehow magically back to my prescription... read more
Very nice visit for my husband Nicholas's eye exam; each associate was pleasant and informative and professional. Dr. Shalanda Mc Callum provided an excellent exam in a minimal amount of time and very kind manner. Kudos also to Marsha who provided assistance with glasses; her friendliness, expertise, and dynamic personality made our visit an absolute pleasure.
