My latest experience with the Hollywood office is not good. There's one lady there at the front desk whom I will keep her description anonymous but if you've been there, you'll probably agree. Her attitude and arrogance is a bad look for the entire business. She definitely should not be the face of representation. However, I will 100% give high fives to Donna though for sure. She literally was the factor in a make or break situation for me.
I had some difficulty with the vision center. They could not get the prescription right after many tries and many trips.(7). Perhaps the labs they use are inferior, I don't know .I was not informed by phone, email or text when glasses arrived twice. For days no one answered the phone or returned calls.This was disturbing. Fui atendida amablemente por Anasha. Le explique,no hablo inglés . Me dijo no hay problema , la ayudo. Me tradujo todas las preguntas con su teléfono . Después me hizo todos los exámenes y me reviso bien los dos ojos detalladamente con mucha paciencia y profesionalidad. Como ella es estudiante al rato llego la Dra Mcclum, Shalonda y supervisó el trabajo de Anasha y lo dio como satisfactorio. Unfortunately i was never able to get anything done in that clinic nor to rate doctors- simply because i have tried very hard to schedule an appointment , and i have never succeed. Nobody cared to even called me back or when i finally reach out and spoke with a receptionist , the scheduling person for Lasik was busy and suppose to call me but never did. So my review is for the receptionists. I will look for a different clinic.
