Charged $14000 for 2 ginger ales, a BP, 6 hours of wasted time, rude nurses, and an incompetent PA assessment... poor service, no diagnosis, no treatment, no resolution to my concerns... charged additional $800 for a physician I never saw .... went home without any help or change in my condition, ...as a nurse, this is the worst place to go for any medical services. I would recommend never going here. Urgent care is a much better choice!

My daughter went today with very high blood pressure, (172/?) for over 24 hours and her BP is always perfect.. she had a terrible headache and fatigue, the nurse attempted to put in an IV 3 times and now she had a big lump and they never even gave her meds or fluids so there was no point. Only a blood test was performed, no ekg, heart monitor or anything and then told her to go home and relax. Absolutely unacceptable. This is the 3rd horrible experience there and I expected alot more from a TGH

I went in with pancreatitis, it took them 5 days to get my pain medications even close to where I wasn't in pain 24/7. The gastrologist came in and said that I was having pains because I was constipated. They then reduced my pain medication to almost nothing. During the time I was getting pain medication all but once I had to chase down my nerves and to get my pain medications to me on a decent time, otherwise they would show up an hour to two and a half hours late every time. Do not use this hospital if you can avoid it

Fast & Wonderfully nice. Left urgent care because we weren't urgent enough to be attended to. The er staff got us in super quick, everyone was so pleasant and took care of active allergic reaction. Thank you

Took my partner here, they got him right back into a room. Staff was amazing 💕
