The receptionist, Ali, lied and told me they accepted my insurance and that my sessions would be covered by my EAP. It wasn’t until after 4 appointments that she let me know she was mistaken and that I was responsible for the entire bill. I didn’t hear anything from them for over three months until I got a letter threatening to send my bill to collections because they claimed they had tried to reach me “numerous” times.
