In 2001, we established our very first salon in Japan． After numerous achievements and experience, we have opened salons in Ginza and expanded our craft to over 20 salons throughout Japan. And on May, 2017, our company opened our 21st salon in the Big Apple. To us, we do not consider styling as work, it is a passion. I loved everything about this place! From service, hair styling, and hair style recommendation. I specifically got my hair done from Sarah and she was amazing. She gave me a little shoulder massage too which was nice. Definitely recommend this place!
I found this salon accidentally and finally paid a visit. What a great experience! I have been changing hair specialist almost every time for different reasons. However, BRAVE offers unique services. They offer personalized services in a very relaxed environment. They give you a questionnaire to understand your needs and wish-list item alike! Based on that, the small talk/conversation started. A stylist who cut off a full-length chunk of my hair without my consent. I came in for a hair coloring appointment at the time the salon requested, only to be repeatedly pushed toward darker colors — which I clearly said I didn’t want. It quickly became obvious that the stylist, Sara, was trying to rush me because another client was scheduled after me.
