I got a permanent bangle bracelet in January and it snapped in March. I took it to the studio for a repair, and they said it was not possible. My only option was to purchase another bangle. No refund or solution was offered. Additionally, the bangle is hollow which isn’t disclosed on the website or in person prior to purchase. For $400, I would expect much better quality and customer service. Will not be purchasing jewelry from here again.

A bit expensive for a new bracelet, but they offer to fix broken forever jewelry from other brands/stores/forever jewelers zappers for $20. The true value.

Love my anklet!! The hardest part was selecting what to put on my anklet. The girls didn’t rush us and were very professional! Cant wait to show it off!

On a whim, I stopped by the get a permanent chain with the ‘A’ charm. The staff were nice. I had asked when I was deciding which to get if they knew of any issues when the chain is stacked with another thicker bracelet. They said no…about roughly two weeks later, the $95 ‘A’ charm broke off. I should have probably done more research. Since I am from out of state, there’s no easy fix.
