Ultimately I wouldn't recommend them or use them again based on my experience, and here's why: After my existing projector burned out some pixels I started shopping for a replacement, landed on an Epson QB1000. Couldn't buy it direct from anywhere, had to go through an authorized dealer. Bravas installed low voltage automated systems in our new home a few year’s ago. The company provides top of the line products. They installed low voltage lighting, automated shades, wifi, security and TV systems. It was only recently that I can comment on their after installation service. There was a glitch in the low voltage lighting system. Their tech, Trevor, did an amazing job identifying the issue and resolving the problem. The Bravas team - Travis and Jordan - were very professional and responsive, and provided an excellent sound solution for our home. The install team - Devon and Mike - were always on time and did a fantastic and thorough job. We appreciated their hard work and quality focus throughout the project!
