I could give zero stars, I would. I visited the salon with my three-year-old daughter and was deeply disappointed by the way we were treated. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant — a young white woman — did not greet us or offer any friendly welcome. Instead, she curtly told us to take a seat, without acknowledging us further. It’s my first time here and like everyone I was worried about how it would turn out. But the nails turned out to be perfect and beautiful.
I have been going to Brava for many years and I go see Amy.. she is the best. I love how she does my nails and leaves them the way I like them and she is very professional.. All the nail techs are good, I have seen Maya and Lydia too.
