I been going to Brava Nails since they are open, I am thinking 8 years or so. I do my nails with Tiffany, and I LOVE HER she is GREAT! Very polite, humble, dedicated and very detailed to her work. As a customer to Brava Nails for many years, I don't appreciate that they have to rush her to do her work as she knows what she is doing. Best experience ever I went here with my friend and was treated amazing. I got almond cat eye which I recommend. Probably the best nails I have ever gotten anywhere. They even helped me colour match the colour I wanted. 10/10
Experienced the worst service and will never return. They were rushing through my nail service. It seemed as if they were indifferent. The service was terrible and it wasn’t the experience I had anticipated. They did such a terrible job on my nails because it started to peel off when I got home. I had a request, but it seemed that the lady didn’t understand and kept saying ok. I told her many times and she kept saying ok. I don’t understand why they didn’t take their time on doing my nails. Don’t waste your money here!
Had the worst experience ever at this nail shop and will never go again. I had a request, but was quickly denied. I don’t understand why I am paying a lot of money for them to do my nails in such a hurry. When I pay for such an expense, I expect them to take their time and at least be considerate. However, it felt like they didn’t care. The service was horrible and it wasn’t the peaceful service I expected.
