Crooked HOA who lets the landscapers blow and cut trees at all hours for two straight weeks. Everyone wants to live in a nice community but when the same people are in the same spot leaf blowing pavement for hours, then something stinks of kickbacks and corruption. Not sure the landscapers have a valid license last time I checked. I have contacted a few government agencies to look into this. In the meantime if you plan on buying here, be prepared for landscaping noise at 7am for weeks in a row. Terrible
