Mary and Janet are awesome concierge. They are both super-friendly and attentive towards their residents.My dog, Benji, especially loves both of them because of the amount of treats she gets Also, Shoutout to the valet team. They are great and efficient.
Living at The Brava has been great. The garage always has good availability so coming and going is easy. The staff is super open and welcoming, Clo especially she’s been a real good reference and always helpful. The amenities are great as well and the whole place is beautiful. I was proud to call it home!
You will hate it here. Like other reviewers have said, the following are issues: 1) Elevators- You will wait upwards of 8,9,10 minutes or beyond for slow elevators. This alone is a reason to NOT live here. 2) Thin walls - You will hear and SMELL everything your neighbors are doing. The property attempts to mask the smell by having automatic sprayers, but you will still smell everything. I know when people are cooking and what people are cooking. I LOVED living here! The whole team is great and the building is beautiful. Highly recommend if anyone is looking in the Downtown area.
