Was very interested in this property. But have had multiple friends and acquaintances who live here experience so many problems. It doesn't matter how beautiful the property is if you have the people who run it not care about the people who pay their rent. The elevators is the price to pay for a living in a high rise but at least 1 is always down for months at a time. But the biggest thing is multiple cars stolen in a secure garage? Theft is tolerated at Brava and chalked up to "crime happens everywhere" Don't move here.

I pay $3,500/month for a one-bedroom apartment in what’s supposed to be a luxury high-rise, yet there is no free EV parking available. Every charging space must be reserved in advance, and to make matters worse, the majority of the chargers are broken or out of service — making them impossible to reserve even if you wanted to. Over the last year Brava has been a place I call home. Not only is the building absolutely stunning but it’s in partnership with friendly staff. The leasing office remains professional despite any internal challenges they may face. I appreciate Jenna for always taking a deep dive into my concerns. She typically finds immediate solutions and I can’t thank her enough. I also have nothing but positive things to say about the valet. Patrick always takes care of my guests.
