Let me start by saying I do not trust mechanics ( especially being a woman). Having said that, Tyler was fantastic at keeping in touch with me and letting me know the diagnosis of my ac issues. He gave me a price, I told him to go ahead. They fixed the issue and found another small issue and fixed that, but stuck to original price quota. I will be using them when my sons can’t fix my suv. 5 stars for this place!!
I do recommend Brauwn.
He's been taken care of my vehicles for years. Every time something breaks down, I bring it here to get it fixed.
In the beginning we started out with total trust giving him business on multiple cars my s on put his car there and paid $2900.00 for a wire harness and I towed it to him and and for 2900.00 we towed it out of there still not working in fact they wanted more money to put a new fuse panel and break line on it. When they were waiting on pymt they sent him pictures of a running vehicle when we arrived to pick it up we were given every reason why it wasn't working and if we wanted them to do more give more and more and more.
