Joel and Tyler went above and beyond to service my 10 year old Honda van. Being a single mom, they took care of every thing in a timely fashion, went above and beyond to lower as many costs as possible, prioritized repairs within my budget, and were the kindest men as they answered all of my questions. Locked my keys in my truck the other day at work and Joel helped me get my keys for free. Great guy.
Tyler and Joel will be my new go-to mechanics. The customer service, communication, pricing, turnaround time, and quality of work was top notch. Had a rack and pinion replaced on my truck (big job), and brakes - all for a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Won't ever be going anywhere else for mechanic needs. Thanks again guys!
Let me start by saying I do not trust mechanics ( especially being a woman). Having said that, Tyler was fantastic at keeping in touch with me and letting me know the diagnosis of my ac issues. He gave me a price, I told him to go ahead. They fixed the issue and found another small issue and fixed that, but stuck to original price quota. I will be using them when my sons can’t fix my suv. 5 stars for this place!!
I do recommend Brauwn.
