Ran my insurance before I even looked at glasses to make sure it was accepted, once they told me it was I looked through they're thin selection of glasses glasses that were available to me and I was told 2 weeks I would have them, it's been a month & nothing yet but sarcasm, atitude & excuses🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ "I'll soon be walking into walls"🤦🏽♂️
The eye doctors are kind and patient however the 2 miserable front desk staff are nasty and rude to customers. I’m 31 years old and have been going here since I was 7 years old. Never had an issue with this place and I recommended people to them all the time because the doctors are great. But they need to fire and get rid of those nasty miserable front desk staff!
