Empty promises. Mr. Braun said he will issue a refund after I filed a complaint against them but he never honor his word. Worthless warranty.
Braun's did an excellent job replacing our roof, gutters, and siding, as well as painting our exterior. Derrick and his crews were professional, polite, and hard-working. The materials and process were explained to me in detail, and solutions presented for several issues we were currently having. I paid Braun's roofing $2000 to put a roof on my home in March 2014 and my roof has been leaking every since then and now it's June 2014 and my porch is still leaking. I've called the owner 6 times and the owner has never contacted me. Now I will file my case in civil court. Please don't use Braun's roofing. The company just take your money and will not do the work properly or professional!
horrible customer service – We hired Brauns to replace our roof due to Hurricane Ike damage. Our roof has leaked ever since it was replaced and has caused interior damage. We have called Braun repeatedly and sent the owner a certified letter. Our calls have not been return, nor has the owner responded to our letter. I have filed a compalint with BBB ... noticed there were a number of recent complaints, so it seems that Braun just doesn't care. We had Braun repair our roof in Feb 2009 due to Hurricane Ike damage. The roof has leaked ever since the roof was replaced and has caused interior damage to our home. We have called repeatedly. They do not return our calls. We wrote a certified letter to the owner and never received a response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB ... not sure if it will help ... Hurricane Ike quote for roof damage for my insurahce company – Once someone was finally assigned to come out to assess the damage, I talked to the sales rep (Rusty Bushek) and told him that the ins. claim guy required 1 picture of the roof. I also (mistakenly) told him that the ins. company had paid me $300 to get estimate on the roof. The adjuster asked the insurance company to pay me for this, but was denied.
