Got my roof done with Braun's in June 2024. A few days later I used my dryer for the first time and got a d95 error, meaning my dryer was getting no air flow venting out. I told my salesman this (Craig Wright) and he basically blew it off and said my dryer was failing. Because I just purchased a new roof I didn't want to spend even more money getting this repaired so I left it alone and purchased a part on Amazon to vent my dryer. I worked with both Jaden and his son Jerry. They were both very professional and prepared when formulating my quote. Once the quote was signed, the roofing materials arrived the next day. The following day their crew came in very early and was finished, yard cleaned, and gone by 1PM. The roof looks great but I’m equally impressed with how clean the yard was before they left. "I had used Braun's Roofing in the past for some minor roof work and being satisfied with that work, called them out to help again after sustaining damages from Hurricane Beryl. Craig came and reviewed the damages and explained despite the damages that I may get a repair offer that would be lower than my deductible. He was correct as my insurer’s initial offer only covered the cost of a limited repair He explained my options for disputes and helped us prepare for a disputed claims process.
