"I had used Braun's Roofing in the past for some minor roof work and being satisfied with that work, called them out to help again after sustaining damages from Hurricane Beryl. Craig came and reviewed the damages and explained despite the damages that I may get a repair offer that would be lower than my deductible. Figured I’d try out this company because it was a sponsor on a Houston talk radio station but not anymore. The guy who answered the phone loudly inhaled and exhaled when I said I needed to get some repairs made on my roof. Then follows up with, “your name?”, as if he was extremely inconvenienced. Needless to say, I won’t be using this company
