Went to notary to have title notorized. The notary wrote in the wrong mileage, crossed it out, wrote in correct mileage and told me it would be fine. Totally untrue, this made the title invalid. I had to pay $72 for a duplicate title. I was still charged for notary service. I find it hard to believe she didn't know this was a problem. I will not return obviously, many options out there that are competent. Very frustrating.
My family has used them several times. I just used them for a transfer. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful

I fully support being closed as a small business on today, Friday, January 2 but you need to communicate that through means beyond a a paper note on the door.
