During the covid lock down, a realtor from Brauner Eric Real Estate did a showing of my home. To respect social distancing, I wasn't present but had several cameras in plain sight. I later recognized the agent from the local police beat, him having multiple drug charges. No masks were worn by the realtor or viewers. Turns out the agent wasn't even registered by the provincial real estate board. I'd recommend using a realtor who screens their staff better
