I had a positive experience living at this apartment complex. Rent was reasonably priced and it was also larger than the previous place I rented from. The landlord was quick to respond to any maintenance requests. It was very convenient to be so close to a frequent Cy-ride stop.
I lived in 2 different units in the Dickinson complex over the course of 5 years. Both units were recently remodeled and we appreciated the updated look for a good price. Management was also kind and very responsive if we ever needed anything. Overall we had a great 5 years there and would recommend this rental company.
My husband and I grew together so much while living here. From dating to being married. I had a good experience at this property. The landlord is quick to answer calls and won't leave you hanging for days. Things are fixed extremely quick compared to other places I have lived. All though there are students here it is nearly quite as a mouse around here. The landlord is good about enforcing rules to make sure everyone gets a comfortable living experience. Although it shows its age, this is a well kept complex. Very spacious and homey. Landlord is extremely quick to action for any needs and always answers our call.
