Came to the property and showed clear knowledge on the building and was able to explain it clearly to someone like me who does not know much about building structures. The report was nicely put together and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business to others.
I needed an air quality test done to rule out mold. James came in and does that thing he does - easily explained to me that the mold test would not be required since he found the mold without the tests. Saved me a ton of money! Thank you James!!
