Dr. Braun is a wonderful doctor. He is patient, kind and thorough. I will miss Dr. Braun's jovial manners. His office was the most disorganized mess I've ever dealt with. It's unfair when the staff's performance reflects poorly on the doctor. As consumers, we are sometimes forced to deal with unqualified individuals; however, when it comes to healthcare, you should never settle.
My experience with Dr. Braun has always been great. But the staff is horrible. What a shame patients have to leave because of the staff. I'm having the hardest time with the staff regarding forms my insurance needs. I've called multiple times but very hard to get though. Feeling totally frustrated and disappointed. My experience with Dr Braun has always been excellent. He takes the time to explain everything and to hear what you have to say. I don't understand the negative reviews except some people cannot be satisfied no matter what you do. And his staff is excellent. Friendly and efficient.
Dr. Braun has been my primary physician for over 20 years (started seeing him when I was 26, and I am now 48), and I couldn't be happier. He is extremely competent, and takes the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions. He refers to specialists when appropriate. Yes, I have to wait in his waiting room longer than I would like, but I also know that when he sees me I will get the same attention that he is giving other patients. I have been to many doctors as I have lived all over the country. This office is horrible. They are ok at seeing patients with an appointment at least within two hours of your apt, if your willing to wait. But, if you get sick, good luck at even getting to speak to someone that day. Dr. Braun left out a great deal of info when going over my labs. So glad I went on to Lapcorp and printed up my labs and saw some major issues. Would never trust this physician with my health and well being.
His staff is horrible. He mixed up my medical records with another patient and this was only discovered after I left due to relocation and my new Dr was reviewing my records and informed me. He pushes medication too easily.
His office used to be great, but it's really gone downhill. The staff is rude and not at all helpful in any way. I understand that doctors can run behind schedule at times, but they just leave you in a room and never come back to update you on when they will be back. Time to get a new doctor.
Dr. Braun is an excellent doctor. Too bad the clerical staff is sub-par. I have referred two friends; and after two visits, they both refuse to go back because of the front office staff. I've been a patient there four years and will not be returning after yesterday's visit. Sorry, Dr. Braun, but do some housecleaning in front office.
I have never seen a staff in a doctor's office like this. They are totally unprofessional. The people at the window are rude and complacent. I waited so long on my last visit in one of their rooms that I just started to leave. The doctor suddenly appeared. He didn't examine me or anything, just looked at his computer for the sleep study and told me to go get a CPAP machine. There aren't enough characters remaining for me to explain my experiences in the office.
