This establishment is only nice to those in state. Recently made a purchase and have received nothing but unanswered calls and when they do answer they hang up in your face. They are very rude and I have filed a complaint with the FTC.
RecommendedI had car issues and stopped into Braun to ask for help with my car. They could not have been more helpful and kind. I was 50 miles from home and I don't know anyone in the area, and they made sure I felt comfortable. I was in very good hands! Would definitely recommend and will be back when it's time for me to get a new car!
Haggled with a few dealers before contacting Darwin and Michael. Upfront and honest guys, that got more for my trade than others. Was a bit apprehensive purchasing a vehicle as they are 400 miles away but made the drive worth it! Love our new Laramie ! Everyone at Braun was friendly and easy to work with . Tiffany went out of her way to help us find a truck in our price range and also make a deal we were all happy with . We purchased an extended warranty that was a thousand dollars less than other places we looked and had more coverage options . This truck has all the options and we are so glad we decided to stay with a local dealership !
