I had to take my 7 year old in for an emergency visit and had no idea where to go. I called and they got me in immediately. The staff was great with my children (I had to bring my 2 year old son with me). I will definitely use them again!!
Very first time visiting the staff was very welcoming friendly. I was able to get a appointment for my kids very quickly. The wait time is like 20mins. They have you in and out. Will return back.
Their prices are reasonable, the care and customer service is exceptional. Chanelle and I had a pleasant experience at Braun and Boyd Optometry on 5/21/2018. Needing and eye exam and glasses, our desire was to support a local business. After contacting a few places, we set up an appointment here. If you’re needing to set up your early eye exam and in need of new frames, lenses, contacts, etc. pay Braun and Boyd a visit. We’re already planning for future visits for us and our children.
It is tacky for an eye doctor to discuss politics with patients.....especially new ones. My prescription was all wrong. Paid to see another Dr instead of going back. Very rude staff. Overall poor experience.
